⚡ How to Auto-Fill Application Forms

1. Open any job application page (e.g. Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Taleo, SmartRecruiters).
2. Click the Auto-Fill button in the Apply Aide header bar, or press Ctrl+Shift+F (Cmd+Shift+F on Mac).
3. Apply Aide scans all input fields, select dropdowns, textareas, and radio buttons on the page.
4. Fields with exact matches in your Knowledge Base are populated instantly.
5. Complex custom questions (e.g., "Describe a challenging project you managed") are answered dynamically using your AI provider model.

🚧 Field Detection & Limits

While Apply Aide supports native HTML form elements, some custom components may require manual intervention:

• File Uploads: Resume file attachments must be attached manually due to browser security sandboxing.
• Shadow DOM & Cross-Origin IFrames: Embedded widgets in restricted enterprise environments may require clicking directly inside the iframe before triggering autofill.
