Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing, installing, or using Apply Aide (the “Extension” or “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Extension.

2. License Grant & Single-Device Usage Policy

Upon purchasing a lifetime license key, Apply Aide grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Extension subject to the following conditions:

  • Each license key is intended for personal use by the license holder.
  • Single Active Session / Device Policy: A single license key is bound to one active session at a time. If you initiate a key recovery or reset request, any previously issued license key is permanently revoked and replaced with a new key.
  • Unauthorized sharing, reselling, or public distribution of your license key is strictly prohibited.

3. Bring Your Own Key (BYOK) Model

Apply Aide operates on a Bring Your Own Key (“BYOK”) model. You are responsible for providing your own API keys for artificial intelligence services (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or DeepSeek).

  • Apply Aide does not bill you for API usage incurred on third-party provider accounts.
  • You are solely responsible for compliance with the terms and billing policies of your chosen LLM providers.

4. Payments, Refunds & Lifetime Access

Payments are processed securely via Dodo Payments.

  • “Lifetime Access” refers to the lifetime of the product and support.
  • Refund requests are governed by Dodo Payments refund policy and must be requested within 14 days of purchase if the Extension fails to operate as described.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Extension is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. Apply Aide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from job applications submitted using AI-generated responses.
